Please read these terms of sale carefully. Any user of this site must first agree to the terms and conditions of this document, before using this site in any manner other than viewing items. By entering this site, the user agrees to follow the terms outlined and realize that by using any portion of the site the user is legally bound by these terms.

In these terms of sale, “I”, “my” and “our” means Shewolfka; and “you” and “your” means our customer or
potential customer for items.

EACH ITEM IS UNIQUE

All items in show are handmade by me in my studio. Due to handmade process slight variations may occur, resulting in your piece being completely unique.

SHIPPING

Orders are normally dispatched between 3-5 business days, because most of the items are non-stock items and are hand made after you order. Process of making includes painting and baking(mugs) which is done in bulks, therefore takes more time.

Domestic orders (to Slovenia) are usually delivered within 3 days of shipping. International orders within Europe should take 3-5 days to arrive but please allow up to 3 weeks for the arrival. Delivery to outside Europe normally takes between 7-14 days but please allow up to 5 weeks.

PACKAGING

All bottles and mugs will arrive wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap, one layer of gift paper and all together inserted into cardboard box filled with paper or other stuffing. Tapestry will be rolled around tube and inserted into another tube, so that it won’t wrinkle. I do my best to wrap it in a way to make it look nice, but safe packaging is my priority.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return an item and receive a refund, this must be done within 14 days from date you received the item at your own expense. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by me. For orders paid by Credit/Debit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.

To return an item, it must be unused, with no apparent wear, in its original condition with all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged on my end, or I made a mistake. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Some items are not returnable – these include personalised items and sale items.

BROKEN ITEM

If your mug arrives broken, we’ll send you a new one free of charge. Just send us a detailed photo of the broken mug to [email protected] within 24 hours from the moment you received the item.

Please note: any breakage or wear damage that happens after you received the item will not be covered by me.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • All designs and content by Shewolfka are original. Copyrights do not transfer with purchase of a piece. Please respect the hours and years of hard work that go into creating my distinctive style, and don’t duplicate my designs or support those who do.
  • I reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any design that originates as a custom created order.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and/or to cancel a sale if believed to be in the best interest of my business.
  • Shewolfka has the right at any time and without notice, to make changes in the published items, prices and on Term & Conditions page.
